First off- thank you for your business.


Your migration to CS3 will have predictable steps and if all goes well,

members will click on 'Forgot Password' and be logged into the new interface.


Here are steps to get your local migrated over to CS3

1)Get the office staff trained on the new platform

You can also request individual or group online training.


3) Soften the ground with emails and instructional video so that members can get logged in.

4) Export the user data and batch authorize the membership, in whole or by status group, so they can login with new email and passwords
verify user configurations, update vacations,etc. From this point, no new members can be added unless they are added to both systems.


5) Get users logged in and the information verified. Update vacations and recurring unavailability.


7)Continue on with CS3



Please also note that there are resources here on the support site that are available to everyone.

Please utilize the forgot password link on the employee profile, to assist in users getting logged in.  

Don't forget to have them check the spam folder.
