User Profile and Settings - Desktop

Please find and click the My Profile link in the upper right.

There are 4 options to choose from.

Basic Information is just that. Your basic information. If you need to change it, please find the Edit Profile button in the upper right.
 Don't forget to hit SAVE


Skillset- A display of what skills you are currently assigned. If you click on Edit Profile you MAY BE allowed to edit them.

Skills are typically locked out my local admins.




Availability and Vacation
On this tab you can set a vacation directly. If you need to adjust your recurring Unavailability, please click on Edit Profile and then Availability and Vacation. It is recommended that you navigate away from this tab and return, to verify that your settings are correct.


Please also note that after a vacation has started, you may no longer edit the parameters of that vacation.  

Changes to vacations after the start date MUST BE executed by an Admin or Power User.  

Call your dispatch office directly.


Settings-

Formatting- Adjust for your personal preference how you would like to see date and time displayed through the system

Car Pooling- This feature has been removed from CS3 but is still in our plans to return. This is where you would make yourself available.


Calander Integration (beta) ICS LINK- The link needed to import your calls into your phone calendar.
You can generate and then Copy/Paste into your calendar application.

Notifications-
Select which mode of notification you would like to receive when new work is offered.
Other notifications, not related to work, may be delivered via email or SMS as the dispatchers deem necessary.
