Integrate your confirmed calls, call changes, and cancelations with your Apple, and other, online Calendars.
This service does come with a $5.00 US yearly subscription via Stripe and there are a few steps involved.

Before you begin...

  1. Login to https://appleid.apple.com with your existing AppleID
  2. Prepare for 2 Factor Authentication
  3. Create an app-specific password, copy that password
  4. Then log in to Call Steward














Navigate to your Profile>Settings page and find the Nylas Calendar Integration.


Next, enter the email that is associated with your Online Calendar. 

Please note that it MAY NOT be the email that you log into CallSteward. The email addresses may be different.

After we know what Calendar/Email to send events to we collect the subscription fee, securely, through Stripe.

Now we need to verify your permissions, from Apple to Nylas.
Select the email account associated with your Calendar and Enter your previous APP SPECIFIC password


If your email does not match the displayed provider, there is an opportunity to make a last-minute switch.
Click on SWITCH PROVIDER to get define the proper email/calendar provider.



Finally, verify that a test event was posted to the appropriate Apple Calendar


New confirmed events, changes, and cancellations will now sync to your Apple Calendar.
