Emails get saved in the user profile. Every time we do that, we check with an external service to validate the deliverability of that email.
If you are seeing this error, the feedback from our service can't find the email you are trying to enter.
To finish saving that record, enter the email as XXX@callsteward.com.. This should pass validation.
Now reach back out to the user and verify the spelling of the email.
