Copy Load-In to Strike on Same Day

The short answer is that we do not currently have code that will copy shifts and assignments to later in the same day.

Until we can devote time to that, here is the work around.

1. In Job Details extend the length of the job into the future when you are certain there is no work on the books. Lets say the same day 6 months later. We are creating a 'Sandbox Day'
   
   
2. Make sure the slots you are about to copy have an End time that is prior to the Call Back, create the break.
   
   
3. Using Advanced Clone, copy the Load In Shifts, with assignments, into the future onto the Sandbox Day.
   
   
4. Using the group switches on top of the call page, select Start, End, and uncheck Position.
   
   
5. Edit your Start and End Times across all positions in the Sandbox Day to meet the needs of your Call Back
   
   
6. Using Advanced Clone, copy those slots back to the load in day, Merge, and Preserve Assignments.
   
7. Delete the 'Sandbox Day'
   
   
8. Restore the job header End date to a one show day, in order to keep the calendar clean.
