At some point your Notify log may begin to be populated with a Not -Delivered Status.


The status is  what is returned from the carrier to us.  Se we are just echoing what they are telling us.


Carrieres have been known to update spam filters without the consent of consumers and our messages start getting blocked.


Our next step of troubleshooting involves your cell carrier.

For privacy reasons you must reach out to customer service with your carrier.

Please ask them to verify that the SMS filters for 'TOLL FREE and SHORT CODES' are removed so that our messages can get thru. Provide them the specific number that your messages come from.

After that- please lets  your dispatcher know so they can send a test message.
