Can't Save a New Employee (enter required fields)

Every once in a while you can have all the details correct and when you click save, the error comes back 

Enter Required Fields.


What can happen is that during a copy and paste you will pick up invisible characters that don't pass validation.
This usually happens in the email address.


Delete the email from the form.

Backspace through the email box.

Enter the email manually.


This is usually the fix.
