If you are looking to update Seniority or other Employee Profile data it is best done in context, in a spreadsheet.
Getting that information back into CallSteward can be tedious.
We have tools in support that can make this much easier.
To Begin
1) Goto the Employee Tab on the Main Menu
2) Then find the Employee Export
3) Reformat the report via Galley Mode
4) Export your data in Excell
If you are having difficulty getting this data, please contact support and we can send you a file.
5) Keeping the original data intact, add columns for the new values.
6) Edit your data in context.
6) Email the Spreadsheet back to support@callsteward.com and we will update the database directly.
