In the App- My menu is all grey

You have downloaded the new app and had a good login but now you are looking at the main menu and see a grey screen.
You can;t navigate anywhere.


This is an odd one; finding a solution took a while.
Reset your password.  


Somehow, your  password and or session token is corrupted and allows you to login, but after that, you cannot identify your access rights. So you get none.


Reset your password and your menu should return.
