In the App- My menu is all grey

You have downloaded the new app and had a good login but now you are looking at the main menu and see a grey screen.
You can't navigate anywhere.

This is an odd one, finding a solution took a while.
1) Please check that the latest Android or iOS is installed and that an update is not Pending.
 

2) Uninstall and Reinstall the latest APP from Apple or Google

3) Login

4) If you don't get a menu, Swipe close the app, reinstall from the store, launch the CS APP, reset your password, Login.


5) If you still don't get a menu, please contact support so we can manually merge your account.

The next issue to check is to see if you have  'cloud-cache' enabled. Just like browser cache, but it is not local on your phone, but exists in the cloud. This cache or sync may also need to be cleared or disabled.



These issues have been commonly reported on the iPhone 14 under iOS 18.
